Social Security, Democrats, and Hypocricy

It's awful quiet out there in Liberal Media Land. Not one word of the Obama administration's decision to cap Social Security payments to zero increases for at least two years. It's like 9/11 again; not a sound coming from the sky.

Lest we forget, it was the Democrats, for over a dozen years, who failed to allow reform (fixing) of the Third Rail called Social Security. Every attempt to fix Social Security has been derailed by the Democrats. Their accomplices in the State Controlled Media blamed Republicans for attacking the older generation's retirement, making them eat dog food, live in the streets, and all sorts of ills.

But now we have a Democratic government, in complete control with no checks and balances, and no way to stop their idiotic and dangerous policies. And they have decided to withhold all cost of living raises for these very same individuals. But there is no media outcry. No screaming and blaming them for the Draconian way they are treating our senior citizens who need to survive on a failed, ill-advised, and broke retirement system: Social Security.

Here is a great example of liberal/racist media bias.

A black man, 20-year-old Dyron L. Hart of Poplarville, Mississippi, has pleaded guilty to pretending to be a white supremacist and sending death threats across state lines via Facebook. This racist himself, wanting to help promote the Messiah, Barack Obama, created a fake Facebook identity and placed a picture of a white guy as himself on it.

Hart sent threatening messages, death threats, to three black students at Nicholls State College in Louisiana, saying he was going to kill blacks because Barack Obama had been elected president. If he had not been caught so fast (it is so damn easy to trace Internet mailings), this would have been sensationalized in the state-controlled media (NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, ad nauseum). They would have used this to promote the fake idea that whites are all racists, and that white, conservative males are going ape-shit over the electing of a black president. But now that this has been proven to be a black guy stirring racism, it will never see the light of day outside of Fox News.

If the court fines Hart guilty, he can receive up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. He is due to be sentenced November 18th, and I'll bet we never hear another word about it.

I hope he finds out just how big his asshole can stretch while doing a stint in a southern prison ...

Beware of False Idols ... or Gods for you Liberals

Contrary to what so many dumb, uneducated, and ignorant Americans (and the millions of illegal aliens who were allowed to vote for this socialist) think, Obama is not the Messiah, even though he gave them all wet spots in their crotches and tingles up their legs, like that far left hate monger and faux politico hack Chris Matthews. (Can you imagine the feeble mind of such a person to actually say, much less think that?)

It is becoming increasingly clear that the American public — those who can actually read, think, and put 2 and 2 together — are extremely concerned and scared about the Pelosi Socialistic Solution to getting rid of anyone considered "non-essential, non-utile, and non-desirable" for the Democrat's surreal hallucination of a utopia. The home-grown defiance, and outright condemnation of this ill-conceived and dangerous bill running rampant like AIDS in the House, is rising to epic proportions. Real people are outraged that their elected officials are forcing a plan to remove them from being able to make ANY choice for their, and their family's, health care down their throats.

Folks, this is pure Nazism; what the Democrat bill is designed to do is remove your option to help keep your family well, and alive, at any stage of their lives. It will allow the federal government, which cannot run, much less make solvent, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Cash for Clunkers, or damn near everything else these pompous asses touch, to make your family decisions on who will get the health care needed, and who will be relegated to die.

This is nothing less than Hitler's Manifesto: kill the inferior, the sick, the retarded, the old, and any one else who the government deems as "non-productive" to its ideal of our society. This is unbelievable coming from the "party of compassion." We are becoming a third-world nation, and it must stop. How dare our government try and instill genocide on its people. If this passes in its present form, politicians, as well as those who try and enforce this draconian concepts of human control, will face personal danger that only exists, at this point, in third world countries where the people have the ways and means to defend themselves. The best think twice about the irreversible consequences, to both themselves and the country as a whole.

We are heading toward a revolution this country has never seen, one that will make the Civil War seem like child's play. Like the lady who ripped into the Democrat representative the other day in a town meeting, they have "awakened a sleeping giant." The last time this was said, it was the Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto who said, and I quote, "I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant." These clowns in congress have no idea just how large, and how powerful, this sleeping giant is.

Stay tuned. The shit is going to hit the fan. Stock up on food, water, gas, and guns. We may very well be needing it.

I can't believe what is happening in this country. Unfortunately, Republicans, acting like liberals, pissed off their base with the outrageous spending. Along with Acorn and their fraudulent votes, the State Controlled Media (NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC ... ad nauseum), and inexperienced and ignorant voting populace, we have one of the most corrupt administrations in the history of this country.

It's bad enough that we have an occupant of the White House who is ignorant of world affairs, economics, and honesty, but to have a Congress that rubber stamps this idiot's socialistic agenda. I find it truly hard to believe that these Democrats are actually trying to destroy this country, which is exactly what they are doing.

The so-called stimulus bill (Pork Bill) failed for more reasons than I have space to explain. Instead of fixing Social Security, our illustrious Congress is trying to force us into socialized medicine. Medicare is broke, as is Medicaid. Cash for Clunkers is nothing more than redistribution of our tax money to labor unions and the auto industry (read liberal voters).

We are in the most dangerous time of country's history. We are a hair's breath away from a police state.

Been a long two weeks. Our incompetent CIC has began his second Apology Tour, made a huge gaff when trying — very pitifully, I might add — to claiming we, Americans, should follow Churchill's (cigars, not long hair and phony Indian plagiarist from Colorado) ideals of not torturing war criminals (like this idiot knows what REAL torture is), and now we find out, not surprisingly, that he not only lied about his spending bill, but really doesn't have a clue about how economics works: our deficit just increased several hundred billion.

But I want to make reference to David Feherty, the CBS Sports golf analyst who make a very astute and quite accurate appraisal of what our men and women in uniform feel towards our current corrupt administration, and those worthless vermin staining our halls of Congress.





In an interview in D Magazine, a Dallas based publication, on the return of George W. Bush to the Dallas area, Feherty made this matter-of-fact statement:

"From my own experience visiting the troops in the Middle East, I can tell you this though: despite how the conflict has been portrayed by our glorious media, if you gave any U.S. soldier a gun with two bullets in it, and he found himself in an elevator with Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Osama bin Laden, there's a good chance that Nancy Pelosi would get shot twice, and Harry Reid and bin Laden would be strangled to death."

But what we see is Feherty being forced to apologize to these two dirt bag Congressional whigs. Have we no sense of justice? How is it that only when one makes comment on a conservative or Republican or religious person, slander, hatred, fowl language, and death threats are OK, but if one dares to make a comment on double digit IQ clowns, elected by double digit voters, like Dingy Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, they are attacked from every outlet, every media wonk, and every worthless liberal in the land?



I say we hold up David Feherty as a man of conscious and truth, and someone with a spine, which is a trait that seems to have evaded damn near every one in the nation.

He ought to retract his apology, and stand on his honesty.

Obama is Aiding the Enemy

We are in desperate times, and this person occupying the White House and his cronies are setting the stage for our destruction. His ass kissing the unclean Arabs, his idea of releasing so-called "torture pictures" will do nothing but harm. We are seen as pussies in the eyes of those who hate all things Western, and especially the U.S.

It's hard not to watch Obama and his administration and not see them as traitors, men and women who should be arrested and tried for treason, and sentenced accordingly.

Here is one of those people who Obama seems to think are OK...maybe they are, in his eyes. He has certainly pulled the wool over the eyes of all the immature liberal voters in this country, the rich business owners who want this country to succumb to their ideals of Avalon.

Aside #4

Well known California cock smoker and far left liberal hate blogger Perez Hilton has made a spectacle of himself this week. Known for attacking Hollywood gas bags, self-proclaimed political wizards, tramps, and sluts, Hilton attempted to bring California Proposition 8 to the forefront of the Miss America Pageant.

I never would have known who Carrie Prejean was if the Pageant people hadn't setup Miss Prejean, who is Miss California, with the targeted question about gay marriage. Why this clown Hilton was on the judge panel is beyond me; he is a nobody. At any rate, Hilton asked Miss California if she though that gay marriage should be allowed in all 50 states since Connecticut had just passed a law allowing it. Miss Prejean, without batting an eye, said she thinks it's great that people can live their lives as they will, but she was brought up to understand that marriage takes place only between a man and women.

This blew the judge panel away. After the total stomping the pro same sex marriage crowd received, and the subsequent riots and hate filled editorials, news, and damn near every other thing in California, they expected to get a sympathy answer from Miss Prejean. This would have given them more firepower to push to have the will of the majority of California's voters overturned.




Boy, were they surprised!

Hilton dropped his head and shook it, obviously stunned at the worldwide brow beating he got from the 20-year-old Prejean. In is hate filled temper tantrum, he took to his blog and called Miss Prejean "a bitch!" and said in an interview that her answer to his obviously pointed and political question was why she lost the title of Miss America. He said she was number one, head and shoulders above the other four finalist, and that he gave her a zero on the question.

How's that party of tolerance thing going for all you liberals?

Personally, I could care less if two boys want to diddle each other, dip shit on their dicks, want to get married, or anything else along these lines. I could honestly not care less. However, I do detest the attempt to destroy anyone as this dip shit has done. On the other hand, he has made her a celebrity, and I am sure she will get a multimillion dollar book deal ... we can pass on a movie deal as all the dip shits in Hollywood walk in lockstep with liberals and homos. Too bad, it would make a hundred million in the first month, something about 9 out of 10 films coming out of hollywood can never do.

Navy Seals ... Semper Fi!

Pirate Vermin



This past week we had the pleasure of seeing how our CINC (Obama) handles a dicey situation. If this is how he is going to lead the military, we are in one disastrous four years.

A band of Somali dirtbags (aka pirates) made the mistake of highjacking a Maersk cargo ship that was flying an American flag. In the ensuing first hours, the crew sans the Captain grab a weapon from one of the pirates and the rest turned and ran away, grabbing Captain Richard Phillips on the way to a lifeboat. The reason they took the lifeboat was because they were afraid the rest of the crew would shoot back.

Once the pirates knew just who they had hostage, they demanded $2 million for his safe release. Four four days, the Navy dogged the lifeboat, tried to get the Captain released. The commander of the Naval ship had been requesting from the president the option of using deadly force, but the White House was deathly silent. Navy Seals were air dropped under the cover of darkness near the USS Bainbridge, the guided missile destroyer that had been dogging the lifeboat for four days, and were secretly brought on board. On Friday, once again Commander Frank Castellano asked the White House for the authority to use deadly force to free Captain Phillips. It wasn't until the next day, Saturday morning, that the president finally gave the go ahead. However, he specifically stated that it was not to be used unless Captain Phillips' life was in danger.

The life boat with four pirates and Captain Phillips had run out of fuel and had been bobbing around in the heavy seas. Finally, they relented and allowed the Bainbridge to toss a rope and tow the lifeboat out to calmer seas. This allowed three Navy Seal snipers to take position on the fantail of the Bainbridge. One of the pirates asked to come aboard the Bainbridge because he was a pussy and wanted to eat decent food, and get out of the bobbing lifeboat.




At the moment the three remaining pirates showed their heads outside of the covered lifeboat, Commander Castellano gave the OK to whack them. In seconds all three pirates' heads exploded with the echo of three single, simultaneous shots. Game over.

Semper Fi, boys!

Yesterday, a day after the masterful execution (no pun intended) of the pirate/hostage situation, president Obama said only that Captain Phillips was "a brave man." True, he is. But why didn't our president give one single praise to our Navy Seals who expertly ended the hostage crisis? Not one word of the Navy men and women involved leaked from his lips...until today.

Now that the situation ended in the best possible way, Obama comes public, taking full credit for delaying the operation for over four days, and then only allowing the use of deadly force if, and only if, the captive's life was in danger. If this would have gone sideways, and Captain Phillips killed in a rescue operation, we would have seen Obama blame the Navy. No doubt about it. I live the fact that many left wing bloggers, as well as other liberals, are going ape shit that out Navy busted the gourds of these vermin. This is hilarious.

I have to thank Commander Castellano for his expert ability to see that Captain Phillips was in danger ever since this fiasco started. He made the decision to kill these scum bags at the first chance. Bravo.

At any rate, once again our military has done its job, artfully, perfectly, expertly. And we have a president who wants to gut defense spending, neutering our military. Let's pray this clown comes to his senses.

Harvard Law Student Makes an Ass of Barney Frank

This is precious. This dude destroys the Massachusetts bumbler Barney Frank with cool, educated questions. And what does Frank do? He blames Bush, raises his voice, and attacks the law student, refusing to answer the questions. This will be talked about, and attacked by the leftist media, for years.



I am surprised that the people of Massachusetts keep electing this idiot. But then again, they are the people who keep Ted "The Lifeguard" Kennedy, and the phony three Purple Heart winner John "F_cking" Kerry, in Congress. (Hey, did you know that the guy Kerry "saved" in that Vietnam delta fiasco was actually thrown from the PT boat when the captain hauled ass out of there when a fire fight started? Guess who was the captain of the PT boat that ran away, then came back to pick up the man thrown overboard when he tore out of the hot spot? True story, folks.)

My New Favorite Conservative

It's rare to find a Black conservative ... or just a Black that is not a liberal. I don't always agree with this guy, but he makes the charge against lockstep liberalism.

Once again, we have a chuckle from America's pathological liar Joe Biden. Hey, every time this clown opens his mouth the Left must shudder the same way the Right did when GW spoke. It's extremely hard to believe this guy made it through law school.

This week, our illustrious vice president laid on another one of his demented dreams saying he had scolded George Bush in the White House, several times. Biden told CNN this week that, "I remember President Bush saying to me one time in the Oval Office, 'Well, Joe, I'm a leader.' And I said, 'Mr, President, turn around and look behind you. No one is following.' " 

Of course, this is pure bullshit; Biden doesn't have the spine to say an such thing to any one face-to-face. In fact, in the minutes kept during every meeting held with President Bush, no such language ever leaked from Biden's mouth in his rare appearances in the White House. Bush's White House Liaison to Capitol Hill, Candida P. Wolff, stated that Biden, in the rare times he was allowed into the White House, was always there with other members of Congress, and that contrary to what Biden claims were several hours he spent alone with the president, "The president would never sit through two hours of Joe Biden. I don't ever remember him bring in the Oval Office. He was such a blowhard...there wasn't any reason to bring him in."

This isn't the first time Biden has made such illusional statements. He was also chided in 2004 when he claimed he challenged Bush's moral certitude in regards to the Iraq war. Biden also dropped out of the 1988 presidential race due to his being caught plagiarizing British Labor Party leader Neil Kinnock. In fact, the liberal rag Slate claimed that "Biden's misdeeds encompassed numerous self-aggrandizing thefts, misstatements, and exaggerations that seem to point to a serious character defect."

And to think that we are burdened with such a person as second in command after Obama. What have we come to?

Yo ... Obama! You DON'T speak for me!

 This guy is an idiot. 

How dare this ignorant fool go to Europe and tell those spineless wimps in Strausbourg that America ... and Americans ... have been "arrogant" and "dismissive" to our so-called allies across the pond! I think this poor excuse for an American president needs a lesson in history.

Who was it that sent its young men to Europe in 1917 to fight the Germans, who were slaughtering the British, taking over the Netherlands, pushing into France, and threatening the entire Continent? It was America, you imbecile. Our efforts beat the Germans back, raising our national debt from $2 billion to $20 billion, all in an effort to save those Europeans you claim we are "arrogant" to.

Who was it that sent its young men back to Europe in 1942 to save their pitiful asses, once again, from the Nazi army? Who sent millions of men and women, and billions of dollars, to beat the Nazis back from turning the entire Eurasia into a possession of Hitler for his infamous Third Reich? Once again, Obama, it was us "arrogant" Americans, who left tens of thousands of our boys in the ground "over there" fighting to save Europe. Did you not learn this in school?

Let's not forget who kicked the Spanish, and then the Japanese, out of the Philippines where they slaughtered millions of people in their ruthless quest to dominate the world. That would be America, again, to the rescue.

Which country, Obama, is the first, and usually the ONLY country to send money and aid to every shit hole country that has a national disaster, tsunami, hurricane, earthquake ... the list is endless ... or any other time we are asked for help? Oh ... that would be that "arrogant" country, my country, America.

Your asinine remark that "America is not a Christian country," leaves me speechless. How can you be so ignorant as to NOT know that this country ... that "arrogant" country you so hate and disrespect ... was built on Christian values, that every branch of our government is endowed with Christian values, that our money speaks of Christian values, that every oath taken in the line of service to America contains Christian values ... and that you yourself swore to uphold the Constitution of this "arrogant"country over the basis of all Christian values —the Bible?

You, sir, are an ignorant, pompous ass. You are an embarrassment to the very ideals this country was founded on, and to every American.

Mr. Obama, you do not speak for me — nor millions of other Americans — when you disgrace this country ... MY country ... when you blow millions of taxpayer dollars on your Gasbag Tour of Europe only to use such dysphemisms to deplore your country and its citizens. You are not worthy of the office you hold, and you are not worthy to represent this country.

We'll leave that bowing down like a submissive pussy to King Abdulla of Saudi Arabia to another time. Ditto with your careless statement that America ... that "arrogant" country ... will lead the world in nuclear disarmament. 

The bottom line is, you have done more to disgrace — and endanger — this country in three months than GW was able to do in eight years.

A New Saber Rattler

There is nothing so scary to a tyrant than to be threatened with sanctions. I'll bet it just makes them cower in a corner. 

Today, North Korean Klown Kim Jung Il "defied" world leaders and launched a ballistic missile over Japan, dropping the first stage 174 miles from Japan's coast, and the rest in the Pacific Ocean. And what does our illustrious president do? Why, demand that something be done! How about more sanctions on one of the poorest countries in the world? Yeah, that'll teach them!

Trying to act like a leader, Obama rattled his saber while demanding that the world's so-called leaders (the U.N. and its liars, thiefs, and worthless power) do something ... anything ... to punish North Korea. Honestly, does any one really think that words, especially from such a gasbag as Obama, will cause thugs to stop whatever they are doing? Earth to Obama: words don't mean a thing. Action and deeds do. 

The fact is, Obama's first world floor show was a flop. As much as Europe wants to praise him, Obama had no substance in his tour and subsequent bloviating in front of the G20 summit leaders. The only thing he did was succeed in begging French president Nicholas Sarkozy from walking out of the summit. For the most part, the European leaders saw Obama as a paper tiger. One member went so far as to say Obama was still wet behind the ears. Pathetic, but expected.

I didn't watch any of this, but I have to wonder: Did Obama bring his TelePrompTer? I'd be willing to bet money that he did. He can't speak without reading.

Back to the missile launch.

North Korean media claimed that the launch was a success, and that they had successfully put their first telecommunications satellite in orbit and it was transmitting the songs of Kim Jong Il and his late father ... how immature is that? However, both NORAD and Northern Command said that nothing entered orbit. So instead of this being a satellite launching test, it was viewed as North Korea's testing of intercontinental ballistic missile technology. 

The world is fast becoming a nuclear nightmare, and our leader is asking for sanctions against rogue nations. Our future on this planet is very uncertain, and it becomes more so on a daily basis. We need a real leader.

Chris Dodd Continues his Slide into Irrelevancy

Chris Dodd, the corrupt Democratic Senator from Connecticut, is trailing his challenger, former congressman Rob Simmons, by double digits. Simmons' 16-point lead in the polls is astronomical considering Connecticut is a liberal-leaning state.

Dodd has had a lot of political trouble in the last six months or so. Not only was Dodd instrumental in protecting Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac from federal auditors when they brought up the fact that these two institutions were in dire straits for making and buying sub prime loans, but he also is linked to illegal bribery/special treatment by Countrywide Financial. But the real reason he has fallen from political grace is his trying to hide (read flat out lying) the fact he wrote in the $400 million of AIG bonuses into the Pork Bill (Obama likes to call it the Stimulus Bill). The Pork Bill gave AIG some $173 billion of taxpayers' money. Nothing like paying off the very people who ran the company into the ground, and lost billions of investors' money.

How can I get a job like that?

The Senator has dropped to a 33% approval rating. This for a 30 year veteran Senator shows just how his electorate feels about the exposition of his corruptness. Even the New Haven Register has called him a "lying weasel." 

We can only hope that these figures stick, and maybe rise, so that by the election Dodd is tossed out of office, and maybe some federal attorney will instigate legal proceedings against this lying, corrupt politico. It would be karma to see him land in prison for a spell.

Now, let's see what comes of Dodd's accomplice in all this: Barney Frank.

Is He Learning?

What a change. It was just this past 50 days that Obama has been the Doom and Gloom president, telling us all just how bad things are, that it isn't going to get any better unless we spend trillions of dollars for make-work and pork projects, and that government is the only solution.

And now, after he has been hammered for his immature leadership skills and ignorance of what his rhetoric has caused among the citizens, he finally says, Hey, maybe I should be more positive!

The last three days have seen a market surge, which is a positive thing. However, the administration wants to claim that it is because of their Pork Package that was passed last month (none of which has been disseminated and won't for months yet). No, the reason that the market is on a roll right now is because of two things. First off, Warren Buffet, the clown who supported Obama during the campaign season, but who now is saying that Obama's economic advisors are off base, has come out against an utterly assinine federal mandate called Mark to Market. Not only has Buffet gone public in his idea of eliminating this evaluation system of securities, but so has most of the business world, and now some in Congress are getting on the band wagon.

The idea of mark to market is to believe that the market itself is an arbiter of an asset's worth. Yeah, this works when the market is stable and going up or down as usual. However, it destroys the real value of an asset in times of market break down, which is what we are experiencing. The very idea that this Neanderthalic, archaic valuation system imposed by the SEC may finally be scrapped to the junk bin has had a euphoric effect on the markets. We are seeing positive signs of valuations coming back in line, which is normally around 14-16 price-to-earnings ratio.

So the truth is Obama and his policies have nothing to do with the uptick in investor confidence, which is still at its lowest level in over 80 years. And with almost half of this country's economists telling us that the Obama administration's policies are off track, we may now see a shift in idealism to realism. But I wouldn't hold my breath. Until we break the liberal mentality of government knows best, and get rid of many of these incompetent people (Pelosi, Reed, et al), we are going to see a continuing slide in all facets of our country.

The Worm is Back!

The Democrats are quick to lay a dis (the real real word is "dysphemism") on Rush Limbaugh by overtly pulling five words from a 20 minute interview: "... I want Obama to fail ..."

Anyone with a the IQ of a fence post would have asked what context these five words were pulled from. But no ... this is the liberals, and their followers are hate-mongers, illiterate, and ignorant. They walk in lock-step to whatever their leaders tell them. They are no better than sheep.

What Rush said, and that I and damn near every other person I know agree with, is that if Obama is going to push his socialistic agenda — socialized medicine, control of the banks, and run this country into the ground with tax and spend idiocy — then yes, we hopes Obama fails. Who wouldn't? 

So the left went ape shit. They spewed lies and continued to say the five words out of context. Hell, just today my taxidermist started spewing that shit to me about Rush. He went on and on and I finally had enough. I wrote a check to pay for last work I had him do, and politely told him that I vote with my pocket book, that I will not support liberal idiocy, and basically told him he was fired. No more will I spend money with him since he supports the devastating policies of this administration, and is too ignorant to think for himself. That is about $4 thousand a year, or more, that he can forget about, and I'll make damn sure all my associates dump his as well. Maybe when his pocketbook loses its weight he'll get smart. But I won't hold my breath.

Today we find out that many Democrats said the same thing about GW: they wanted him to fail. Big time. They really hate the fact that GW won in Iraq, thanks to the surge, a much despised and attacked brilliant strategy of General Petraeus. 

But the day belongs to James Carville, aka The Worm. 

The Worm told CNN saying he wanted GW to fail, big time, less than nine months into his presidency. Now he says he asked CNN not to air his words ... after 9-11. Right ... and monkeys are going to fly out of my ass at midnight.

Once again we see that what is nobel for a liberal, is a criminal act for a conservative. 

What is Happening?

I leave for a few weeks and look what happens: Dow down a grand and then some, tax cheat Timothy Geithner is out to catch tax cheats, Obama signs a new Earmark Bill, Nancy Pelosi is caught spending millions of taxpayer money hiring Air Force jets to fly her non-stop from wherever she is to wherever she wants to be, North Korea is planning for war and shooting off ICBMs, China threatening American ships ten times away from the International Waters demarcation point ... what am I missing?

We seem to a Congress gone wild. Even Republicans have jumped on the 

Pork Train. Pathetic.

I've been on the road the last two weeks, speaking, and man, what happened? The Dow has nose dived, Obama and cronies have promised to double the deficit (and blame it on Bush, even though he is gone), the North Koreans are going to fire an intercontinental ballistic missile, our brilliant intelligence people now say Iran may be able to build up to 50 nukes ... the world went to hell at light speed, and I was entertaining people in Nashville.

As I noted earlier, GM was going to go bankrupt. Its inability to strip the generous programs for its unskilled labor union members, and its failure to totally shut down plants that produce vehicles that do not sell, has led to this. The bailout money it received last fall was used solely to shore up the health care and retirement funds for its unskilled labor employees, and had zero dollars slated to what it was supposed to be for: restructuring its Neanderthalic auto designs. I mentioned then that every economist (there's another group on unskilled people) had said, after the fact, that GM would need about $150 billion just to say afloat for a year, not to mention that did not say make a profit.

We all know that the bailout money given to GM and Chrysler was a payback to the union thugs who voted 99% Democrat. Now, hopefully, our Congress will see the errors of their ways and let this beast die a natural death. There is no reason to waste future taxpayers' money on the auto industry if it refuses to change its antiquated ways of employee benefits and auto manufacturing. 

My only question is how they lasted this long. They started their descent in 1970 with the end of the muscle car and beginning of the plastic, throw away car.

It's hard to fathom the amount of money GM is trying to weasel from the taxpayer. As we already know, they were given several billion dollars for what they said was to restructure plants to produce cars people would buy. That, of course, was a lie. It was used to prop up its unique health and retirement plan for the unskilled labor employees in the UAW.

Now, GM is seeking an additional $16 billion in government aid ... for now ... and this does not c

ount the $8 billion it wants to develop new fuel efficient vehicles, or another $6 billion it is trying to get from foreign governments.

The fact is, for the money that GM has already been given, and what is is asking for (and will get, thanks to the Democrats), the federal government could buy hundreds of thousands of GM vehicles and give them away to the public. 

But the real thorn in my ass with GM is the union's strangle hold on it and the outrageous retirement and health benefits these unskilled union laborers receive. 

GM has in place a retirement program that allows workers to retire with 30 years of service to the company. Not only do they get a generous retirement paycheck, they also receive fr

ee health insurance for life. No wonder American automobiles cost so damn much. A high school graduate can enter the GM workforce at 18, drive a forklift for 30 years, and start collecting retirement benefits at age 48, with free health insurance for life and regular cost of living allowances. Sounds an awful lot like the Congress retirement plan, which takes affect with only 6 years of federal service, and has a few zeros added to the amount of the monthly paycheck.

And the rest of us foot the bill.

I'm willing to bet that damn near every American taxpayer would jump at the opportunity to have the deal that the UAW worker gets. However, I couldn't do the work. I'd be bored silly and have to go find a real, stimulating job. After all, these are repetitive, mindless jobs that a monkey could do. For that matter, robots could do the exact same job for a fraction of the cost, and with less faults and lemons rolling off the lots. And we could save thousands of dollars when buying one of these better-built vehicles.

But for all the money the Democrats are throwing at GM (read UAW benefits) it is a fact that GM and Chrysler will end up in bankruptcy court within a year. And all the taxpayers' money that was thrown at them to pay back the union voting block will all have been for naught.

And to think that many Americans think the government should be running the banking industry and the health care system. Hell, they cannot even police themselves, much less run a business...their track record proves this out.

Who's the Coward?

Obama's attorney general, Eric Holder, had the audacity to call America "a nation of cowards" today as he was talking to Justice Department employees. He said that although we integrate well in the workplace, he laments that we self-integrate on the weekends.

He bloviates this bullshit during Black History Month, which I feel is racist on his part. After all, blacks only make up about 12% of the total population: there are several other races that far surpass this percentage, yet he aims this at black and white.

America has made tremendous advancements in race relations in the last 50 years. Of course, the stigma of racism's past will always be here, but until the black community stops being held down by the likes of Rev. Jackson and other so-called black leaders we will always have the race card being played by these people. 

It is a sad fact that the black leaders of this country, those who could and should promote the assimilation of all people into society continue to bash those blacks who actually succeed in America. To wit:

Colin Powell: the most powerful black man to ever serve in the U.S. military, a brilliant tactician in warfare, the first and only black man to server on the Joint Chief of Staff, was the first black Secretary of State under George W. Bush, served as National Security Advisor, and was Commander in Chief, Army Forces Command. General Powell was labeled an Uncle Tom by the black community ... until he jumped ship and put his support behind Obama.

Clarence Thomas: The most powerful black man in the world, serving on the U.S. Supreme Court. Vilified by the left as an Uncle Tom (pretty immature, don't you think?) and falsely accused by Anita Hill as groping her, Clarence Thomas has been ostracized by not only the Democrats, but the so-called black leadership to include the illustrious Jesse Jackson, the racist Louis Farrakhan, Charley Rangel the tax cheat Democrat House member from New York, the Reverend Al Sharpton (who I actually have some respect for ... at times), and a plethora of other black people in the lime light.

Dr. Condoleezza Rice ... I will expand on this brilliant political science master later.

And so many more.

Obama's War

Candidate Obama ran for two years on his promise to bring the troops home. "The wrong war, at the wrong time." However, by the time he was elected in November, the Iraq war was basically won. What little rebel activity seen there is a shadow of what it was before the "surge," which we all now know was a brilliant and successful move by president Bush and General Petraeus.

But last night it was learned that Obama has quietly promised to send an additional 17,000 to 25,000 U.S. troops to Afghanistan, which we heard today will be a move that will mean our troops will be there for another five to ten years.

Afghanistan is now Obama's war. However, not one leading magazine or web site, sans Fox News, seems to deem this major deployment of U.S. military into harm's way to be worthy of mentioning. This is a huge double standard that is going to go public very soon, and not to the glee of the Obama supporters. After all, he promised to bring the troops home within twelve months ... and not just from Iraq, which is already a moot discussion since Iraq is all but being run and protected by Iraqis.

The bright side of all this is that we have the best trained, best equipped, and most patriotic men and women the world has ever seen. Being a veteran myself, I stand with them, at all times, in all the world, in all they do.

God bless them, and I wish them Godspeed ... always.

Change We Need

This has always been a pet peeve of mine with Obama: Change.

He used the mantra "Change We Need" throughout his campaign, a well worn, trite, and banal cliché that held no water.

But what change did we get from the Messiah?

This pretty much says it all. Some change.

AIG and Congress

It appears that the members of Congress have a huge vested interest in American International Group (AIG).

Back in September, 2008, the U.S. government made quick work in taking over AIG, which was sitting at an $85 billion deficit. This was one of the first, and one of the largest, bailouts the feds did in the early stages of the economic meltdown.

But the question is why?

The reason is that a majority of the Congressional retirement funds are held in ... guess who?: AIG. So what we have seen is that the Congress was quick to save their own money long before they even thought about helping the average American worker who has had to scrimp and save to try and build something for their retirement.

This puts the fed in a strange predicament: the full control of a private insurer. This is highly unusual, particularly since AIG is not directly regulated by the U.S. government. But once you know why, then it all falls into place.

It's amazing what we are finding out these days about our elected officials and their self-centered concerns. It is high time for real change, or we may soon see the U.S. going along the same route as Venezuela.

Dow Plunges on Stimulus Bill Passing

The Dow Industrials plunged over 250 points this morning on continuing fear about Obama's Pork Bill signing today. As more and more is learned of the incredulously wasteful spending in this bill that has absolutely nothing to do with economic stimulus, Americans are finally coming to grips with the long term damage this bill will do.

Other fears are about the coming meltdown of the American auto industry, a dinosaur that needs to break its chain of union control, or die the natural death it is destined for. 

As the country spirals down into a recession and more and more people are losing jobs, Obama is spending hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars trying to defend the Pork Bill. Today, as another show of arrogance and wasteful government spending of our money, Obama is flying into Denver to sign the Pork Bill. Why not sign it where it is, at the White House? Why fly to Denver, on the taxpayers' money, to sign our children's futures away into a debt that can never be paid off?

This is just one leg of his country-wide junket in which he is trying to tell the American people what a great thing the Pork Bill is, all the while he, as well as every member of Congress who passed this messy thing, have never even read the bill. 

Pathetic, but this is business as usual in our government.

The Big Three and the Left

Late last fall, after the Democrats gained full control of the Congress, a bill was passed to supposedly save the Big Three auto makers. However, only GM and Chrysler took the money. But what the public did not know at the time that the money was used strictly to shore up the retirement and benefit systems of the auto makers, and had nothing to do with helping them survive. 

And now GM has basically told Congress that it needs a continued influx of money or it will go bankrupt. In other words, it is holding taxpayers responsible to bail it, and its union, out of a continuing nosedive from which it will not survive anyway.

For decades, the auto makers have kow-towed to a union comprised of overpaid, unskilled workers who have held the American auto buyer hostage. It is a known fact that GM has put the figure of $7,300 per car (not model, but per vehicle) that rolls off the assembly line to pay for just the retirement and health benefits for its union thugs. This does not even cover salaries. 

And the unions want more.

Unfortunately, GM and Chrysler will get the money. We have a Congress that was elected in large part to the auto unions and their control over the American auto manufacturers, and now the Democrats are going to pay off that debt with the taxpayers' money. 

GM has already taken $9.4 billion, and Chrysler just over $4 billion. And today they are getting another $4 billion and $3 billion, respectively, to continue building cars that nobody wants just to keep unskilled union workers on the payroll. 

And those who are beholden to the auto unions are working on giving them additional tax dollars even though they know these companies are going to have to file bankruptcy. 

It is criminal, and is an affront to the free market system. And there appears nothing can be done to stop this wasteful spending of money.

Smartest Man in the World ...

Gotta love this one.

Obama, after he signs our children's' futures away Monday, has made it public that he will now tackle ... get this ... the deficit! Now, this is really an intelligent move from the Messiah. After all, it was him and his cronies in the House and Senate who rammed this huge Pork Bill down our throats. And now he says he needs to tackle the very problem he and Pelosi and Reid have crated.

I swear, we are surrounded by idiots.

What this means is that we are going to see tax increases. Huge, uncontrolled tax increases. And they will target the 80% of the country who create not only jobs, but wealth: small businesses. How else can our government attempt to pay for trillions of dollars spent in giveaway/make-work projects? (Rhetorical question, no answer expected since you already know the answer.) Even if we taxed the so-called wealthy 100%, meaning took all their assets, we would only be able to run our bloated government for less than one year.

We are going to see increased taxes on everything from gasoline, to phone and Internet services, all utilities, and anything else that has a federal tax attached to it. And new taxes will find their way into damn near everything else we touch, eat, and use to survive in this wretched time.

Not only are these new taxes and increases going to come from the fed, but also from the states and manufacturers. It already has happened. In my home state, our local taxes have risen, as have all utility excise taxes, even though we are using less. Now they are going to add another 5-10¢ per gallon of gas, and we have the highest state gas tax in the union.

Just this past two weeks, those of us in the magazine publishing business saw Anderson News try and force publishers to pay an additional 7¢ per copy placed on the newsstand (not sold, just placed) as well as exorbitant so-called "warehousing" fees. This was not because of an increase in costs; rather, it was because newsstand sales have dropped off the past few years and Anderson's bottom line was not as good as it used to be. In other words, they tried to hijack the publishers to keep their income up. 

It didn't work. Not only did all of us smaller publishers tell them to shove it, Time, Inc., one of the largest publishing houses in the nation, refused to pay the tariff. So, as of two weeks ago, Anderson News lost about 75% of its business, and folded in one day. 

But what can we do to stop the feds? Not much, other than to boycott with our pocketbook. However, until the majority of Americans actually start to suffer, they will continue to pay for the items and services that fuel our instant gratifications.

How they Voted

The Obama Pork Bill passed the Senate last night, as expected, and Big O will sign the dubious bill on Monday starting a chain reaction that will lead America into hyperinflation and a descent into deficits that we will never, ever get out of. 

Even though there were 11 Democrats who courageously voted against the original Pork Bill, they succumbed to pressure from Dingy Harry and the other double-digit IQ members of the Senate.

Let it noted that all Democrats, as well as two Independents (Sanders, VT, and Lieberman, CT) and three GOP liberals (Collins and Snow, ME, and Spector, PA) voted for the bill. The ginned up woman killer Ted Kennedy was absent and the second Senator from Minnesota (who will be so-called comedian Al Franken) has not been appointed but we can assume these two would walk in lockstep with the rest of their ilk.

It is a sad day for America when one party can control 100% of both the Executive and Legislative Branches of the government. This is how tyrants are born, and how empires are destroyed. This is what happens when an ignorant electorate is consumed with idolatry, believing that government can solve their woes, and that a man who talks like he knows everything, but in reality is simply and uniformed puppet of his party, will lead them out of the proverbial Egypt.

I hate to be so negative, but dire times await us. There is not stopping it now. In effect, we are under a totalitarian government now, and maybe forever.

Chicago (Democrat) Politics

Ex-governor Rod Blagojevich (Blago from now on) has been outed for the criminal he is. It appears that the man he selected to take over Obama's Senate seat, one Roland Burris, has been caught up in lying to the Illinois House Impeachment Committee when he told them he had not been asked to give money to the Friends of Blago fund. The fact is, indeed, Blago's brother, Robert Blagojevish, in a move to remove Blago from any connection to the illegal act, had demanded Burris pay $10,000 for the seat appointment. According to Burris, he and Brother Blago met three times. He originally told the panel he never met Blago's brother. I guess it was a simple Freudian slip ...

Burris, in a sworn affidavit delivered to the House Majority Leader Barbara Flynn Currie, acknowledged that he was asked to pay $10,000 for the appointment. However, he states in his after-the-fact-I-lied-to-you confession that he did not pay the $10,000.

This is simply further proof of the corruption of the Illinois Democratic machine — Obama's machine — and its grip on the state. It appears the politics of Richard M. Daley will live forever in and around Chicago and in the state's politics.

Aside #1

From time to time I will deviate from Obama and his reign of terror on America and Capitalism. These offshoots will come under the title of Asides. This is the first one.

This week, Bill O'Reilly made a quip about the columnist Helen Thomas. O'Reilly made mention of Helen's voice crackling as she asked Obama a previously filtered question in regards to Iraq, and said she sounded like the "Wicked Witch of the West." Now, it was hilarious, but true. (I think it was the Witch of the East that was wicked, but I really never watched the movie.)

Anyway, Courtney Martin from some liberal womans' group, came on Bill's show and demanded he apologize to Helen Thomas. Bill made the point of asking Ms. Martin where she and her group were when the liberal left wackos were attacking Sarah Palin and calling her a "cunt" and wearing shirts that said the same. Here they are:

The party of tolerance ... my ass.

Helen Thomas, in an interview, was asked if she was a liberal ... an obvious question. What was astounding, and what I have known my whole life, was what she said. She replied, "I am a journalist! Of course I'm a liberal!" Proof positive, folks.

Back to this idiot Martin. When O'Reilly pressed Martin about why her group did not defend Sarah Palin, her only response was to iterate what an historic journalist Helen Thomas is (however, Thomas is not a journalist; she is a columnist, so bias is part of her job), and that Bill had made fun of such an important woman...no mention about Palin, who is rated as one of Alaska's most effective Governors of all time.

These are truly sick people, and they are the  real core of the Democrat party. Let us never forget about the evilness of those on the Left. They defy intelligence and decency.

I am posting these so that they are not lost over time. We must never forget what the Left will do when faced with a strong woman who defies their ideals of socialism and government control over every aspect of one's life.

Dingy Harry's Pet Train

This is precious.

At the last minute, Dingy Harry penciled an $8 billion (with a B) earmark for a bullet train to run from Anaheim, California, where Disneyland is, directly to Las Vegas, which is Dingy Harry's state and district in Nevada. 

Eight billion dollars.

And Obama lied to the American public telling them that there were NO earmarks in the bill. We all know this is bullshit, but what is worse is that not one media outlet, sans Fox, is exposing such scamming of our children's future. I honestly cannot believe that the American public is so stupid, but then again, I guess that is why I am doing this damn blog; history needs to be kept accurately so we can expose these criminals in the future. However, I feel it will be much too late by then.

FaceLift queen Nancy Pelosi (excuse me...I seem to be falling into the liberal mentality of call my opposition names), wh0 has the IQ of a fence post, shoved this Pork Bill through the House as if it was the panacea for America's woes. Hey, this thing is over 1,100 pages and not one —NOT ONE! — Congressman has read this bill. How could they? It was written and voted on in less than 12 hours.

This is one of the most egregious, most unbelievable event in my lifetime. It is unfathomable, and it is a direct assault on all that is right with our country.

The Senate will pass this Pork Bill within the hour, as we all predicted.

I feel sick. I'm going to go and drink a fleet of gin and tonics. Happy Friday, America.

Down Party Lines

Today, the House of representatives passed the Pork Bill straight down Party lines. I have to give credit to the GOP for standing firm on this disastrous bill. They are making sure that the Democrats will get full credit for this totally asinine spending bill, which does absolutely nothing to create one single REAL job. (I know this. I spent 17 years working for the Fed and can honestly state, unequivocally, that we could fire half of the government workforce, sans the military, and tomorrow morning everything would run just as efficient ... maybe more so.)

As we all know, this Pork Bill (the REAL name of the bill) was rammed down our throats by liberals who seem to think they have been given carte blanche in running the country (into the ground). I wonder if they even realize that over 50 million people voted against the Big O ... or that out of 310 million people, less than 20% voted for Obama?

And now we go to the Senate, where Dingy Harry and his cohorts seem to have wined and dined the three liberals in disguise, Specter, Snow, and Collins enough to get these three suck-ups to vote for this wasteful bill.

We have only one saving grace, albeit an extremely thin one: maybe two 

of these three sheep will come to their senses and vote nay, thereby allowing a filibuster to stop this destruction of the U.S. economy.

But don't hold your breath.

To date, we have seen at least four of Obama’s nominations to Cabinet seats withdraw, and one, Timothy Geithner, the tax cheat, who was allowed in by a corrupt Senate panel. Here is the list of the four … with more to come.


Judd Gregg. The Republican senator from New Hampshire was chosen as commerce secretary. He withdrew his nomination today, citing "irresolvable conflicts" on issues including the economic stimulus package and the 2010 census control that the Obama camp has decided to take control of. More on this later.

Tom Daschle. Daschle is the former Democratic Senate Majority Leader who hails from South Dakota. We finally got this criminal voted out of office, but Obama chose him head the Health and Human Services Department. He withdrew Feb. 3 amid controversy over his failure to pay all his taxes in the last two years until after his selection. Good riddance! He was a throwback to the Clinton Era, which we all want to forget about.

Nancy Killefer. A former assistant treasury secretary and deputy director of the Office of Management and Budget during the Clinton administration —sound familiar? What new era of leadership? — who was selected by Big O to be the government's first chief performance officer. She withdrew Feb. 3 after it became known that she had failed for a year and a half to pay employment taxes on household help. Hmmmmm … seems to be a routine modus operandi for Democrats.

And there was Bill Richardson, the Democratic governor of New Mexico who was named as Obama's choice for commerce secretary on Dec. 3. He withdrew on Jan. 4 when it was revealed that his confirmation hearings would be complicated by a grand jury investigation over how state contracts were issued to political donors. And to think many of us actually thought this guy was honorable.

Back to the census thing.

The Census Bureau function is to perform a census every ten years to count the number of people living in America and where they live. These data are used to draw voter districts as well as adding new House seats when the population surpasses a certain number, which varies from state to state and district to district.

From an uneducated point of view, the control of the census from within the White House may not seem like a problem. And if you are a Democrat, you most likely love the idea, since it opens the door for fraud, which is the Democrat’s forte.
And that is the nut of the thing: it WILL be used for fraud.

So, as we have seen today, if the Obama camp proceeds to take control of this non-partisan entity, the Republicans will take the matter to court. The problem is that liberal judges control many of our courts, so it will be interesting going.

Three Blind Sheep

It appears that Obama's bill to send the country into bankruptcy is going to pass thanks to three moderate GOP pansies. Senators Susan Collins and Olympia Snow of Maine, as well as Senator Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania, have jumped ship and vote for the bill. This will give the Democrats enough to stop a fillibuster by GOP members.

Mark my words: This bill will do nothing for the economy, Americans, or anyone else. In fact, we will see hyperinflation starting some time late this year, and like FDR's stimulus, the deficit spending will only prolong our suffering. 

Over 80% of the jobs in this country are created by small businesses with less than 500 employees. This bill will only create government jobs. It is the largest transfer of money from the citizens to the government, and will set us down the slippery slope to a socialistic state.

Obama is no FDR

Deep in the throes of the Great Depression, Franklin Roosevelt gave an inspiring speech to scared and lost nation. In his speech, he uttered a line that rang true for all Americans. He said, "The only thing we need to fear, is fear itself." Those words helped calm a nation, although his deficit spending only managed to extend the misery for the nation.

When the country faced another economic downturn in the early 1060s, John F. Kennedy gave a rallying speech in which he said, "Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what can you do for your country." These words helped a nation understand that better times would lie ahead.

Ronald Reagan, always the positive, charismatic leader, inherited the second worst economy in the 20th century when he entered the White House. When he looked into the cameras and told a worried nation about his vision of America as " ... a shining city upon a hill," he instilled confidence and trust in a nation trying to get through 17% inflation and 20% interest rates.

And then there is Obama.

Yesterday, our inexperienced president went on television to try and justify his stimulus bill by instilling fear in a nation. Wanting to ramrod this useless and utterly dangerous stimulus bill through Congress, he frowned and talked about how the country would see an utter "catastrophe" if the bill wasn't signed that day. Of course, he has less than 30% approval rating for his package, thanks to Republicans holding up the bill and letting the nation know about all the pork spending in it that has absolutely nothing to do with creating real jobs. This bill as written is 90% social spending, and only 10% aimed at economic stimulus.

Unfortunately, Mr Obama is lacking interpersonal communications skills, although he is a talented gasbag. The very idea of scaring the American people is not only detrimental to the moral of the nation, but also shows a complete lack of integrity. Obama is in no way like FDR, or any other great president this country has been lucky enough to elect to the highest office.

Democrat Senators Using Scare Tactics, Again!

Today the fight is on in the Senate over the Stimulus Bill (the name changes all the time). Dick Durbin, the Illinois Senator, claimed, "Every time we lop off $100 billion, we're lopping off jobs." Total bullshit. What about the frisbee park, Durbin? What kind of jobs does this giveaway provide? Better yet, which one of you Democrats put this into the bill, and why, and who for?

Dingy Harry Reid said, "They cannot hold the president of the United States hostage. And if they think they can rewrite this bill ... they've got another thing coming."

Now there's some bipartisanship! I often wonder why the good people of Nevada keep sending this clown to Washington.



Obama and the Democrats are trying to force this bill through without any one really knowing what is in it. The scare tactics that Obama has used include going on TV (he's a camera slut, much like Bill Clinton was) and claiming that if this bill isn't passed immediately, it will be a "catastrophe" to the economy! Oh, please! Spare us with such drivel.

We can only hope that the Republican senators stand by the people and cut ALL of the earmarks Pelosi and the rest of the House Democrats attached onto the bill, and leave only the items that will do what it is supposed to do: put Americans to work.

Personally, I feel the whole idea of deficit spending is wrong. It didn't work for FDR. In fact, it hastened the country falling into the Depression. But liberal historians want to wash that out and rewrite history. Sorry, many of us are not products of the unionized educational system: we think for ourselves and challenge everything by studying and searching for the truth.

Hopefully, this bill will crumble today.
